New Tax Cap Numbers Released - October 2009
The Legislative Services Agency has updated their analysis of the impact of the property tax caps. In March 2009, the LSA projected that local units in the 80 counties with abstracts submitted would lose $58,407,791. The actual total loss from the caps for those counties is $64,546,806.
